PhD students
Applications from prospective students wishing to pursue a PhD are always welcomed. If you require further information on availability of PhD places, the current research activities of the group or details of funding opportunities please make enquires to Prof. Ian Baxendale.

Visiting Students - Research Projects (Internship and Summer work)
The group regularly takes on ERASMUS or visiting PhD students from various universities from all around the world. We are keen to hear from students who are interested in developing their skills in organic synthesis, polymer chemistry, chemical engineering and related activities. The specific projects undertaken whilst in our laboratory will be devised to provide a high calibre of synthetic training as well as aimed at providing the potential for publication. Furthermore, we are always happy to take the opportunity to develop links with other research groups and universities and will be happy to talk about new endeavours and options.

Visiting Academics / Professionals
The group would warmly receive any visiting academic or professional who wishes to instigate new research collaborations or wish to join the group to learn our methods and approaches. We have a strong history of working with other groups from academia and industry in many mutually beneficial ways, if you are interested please get in touch to discuss what we may be able to achieve together.
